About
Accounting appeals to my love of numbers and patterns, my interest in details, and my satisfaction when solving a puzzle. I spent fifteen years in accounting, followed by fifteen years teaching Latin, before joining the Total Comfort Solutions family in August 2019. While I have done accounting for small businesses before, this is my first time working in this industry. I enjoy learning new things and working at TCS has allowed me to do just that–by teaching me the behind-the-scenes operations for HVAC and plumbing. I particularly enjoy the familial atmosphere at TCS and interacting with all my coworkers in my role in Human Resources.
I am an avid reader, enjoy puzzles, games, words and etymology, and am a lifelong student of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman culture and languages. I grew up in the Walla Walla Valley and recently moved back after spending several years on the East Coast. I have a teenage daughter, Manon, and am currently in permanent servitude to four entitled cats.
