What I have enjoyed the most about my 18-year customer service career is building lasting relationships with clients and giving them the peace of mind that we will go above and beyond to ensure that they are taken care of every step of the way. We pride ourselves in making sure we do the right thing for our customers, so that they know they are listened to and that we care about them.
In our free time, my family and I enjoy getting into the outdoors any chance we get. We love going camping, hiking, fishing (A LOT), and shooting archery. Our home is, of course, ruled by our three pups Nala, Lenny, and Lou. 🙂 Last but not least, supporting our children who attend Walla Walla High School and DeSales High School in their athletic activities is something we take extreme pride in.
